As we expand our team, we are seeking a dedicated and talented HR Recruiter to join us in our journey. Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.2. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.3. Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist qualified candidates.4. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process.5. Offer Letter Preparation: Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, including negotiating terms as necessary.6. Letter Drafting: Create and manage various HR documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related correspondence.7. Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and training coordination.8. Exit Formalities: Manage exit interviews and complete necessary documentation for departing employees.9. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and employees using Excel or HR software.10. Job Portal Management: Handle postings and updates on various job portals to attract potential candidates.11. Communication: Ensure effective communication with candidates and hiring managers, keeping all parties informed throughout the hiring process. Requirments1. Minimum 1 year of HR Recruiter Experience: Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.2. Excel Proficiency: Strong Excel skills to manage and analyze recruitment data effectively.3. Job Portal Expertise: Familiarity with job portals and the ability to utilize them for candidate sourcing.4. Excellent English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.5. Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with candidates and team members.6. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.7. Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing needs.8. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all HR processes.
