The role requires strong knowledge of Indian ethnic and designer fashion, leadership skills to manage a team, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining brand standards. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the Ethnic & Designer Wear department. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store profitability.
