Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in Mumbai. The Recruiter will manage and execute the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet organizational needs. Responsibilities include collaborating with department heads to understand hiring requirements, maintaining a candidate database, and ensuring an efficient recruitment process. The Recruiter will also play a key role in building employer branding to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, resume screening, and interview techniques.
• Proficiency in networking, sourcing candidates from job portals and social media platforms, and relationship building.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple roles and priorities effectively.
• Experience in employer branding or corporate HR functions is a plus.
• Knowledge of the fashion or retail industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
