Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Customer Success Executive. The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, providing customer support, and managing accounts. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, developing relationships with customers, and analyzing customer data to improve service delivery.


Qualifications

  • Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention
  • Experience in Customer Support and Account Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret customer data and improve services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
  • Experience in the MSME sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Guiding Startup Founders with the funding services they availed and acknowledging them with how the entire process will work with the Startup Sahay via Call and email.
  • Create a WhatsApp group with clients and other relevant stakeholders i.e., Analysts, Graphic Designers, and Other key members to manage client coordination.
  • Guiding founders in providing the necessary information required for the funding process.
  • Collect all legal and supporting documents required for the funding process from the founders and maintain them.
  • Act as one point of contact for the startup founders.
  • Provide weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly updates to the startup founders for their process with startup Sahay.
  • Allocate the Startup to the Analysts and Designers.
  • Update and Maintain MIS Daily, Weekly, and bi-weekly for Management.
