Role Description

Oversee backend processes related to company services.
Coordinate with B2B clients for service execution and updates.
Handle the complete process of
Digital Signature Certificates (DSC)
issuance and management.
Manage documentation work, including preparation, verification, and filing.
Assist management in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients.
Maintain organized records and support smooth office operations.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce/Management/Administration).
Prior experience in administration, documentation, or client coordination will be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to handle responsibilities independently.
