Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential leads provided by the company to generate interest and drive sales.
• Proactively reach out to leads through calls, emails, and meetings to present products/services.
• Conduct detailed discussions with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate terms, address objections, and successfully close sales deals to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and closed deals using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction of new clients.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to enhance performance and achieve individual as well as team goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven sales or business development experience with a focus on closing deals.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
