Key Responsibilities:
Candidate sourcing through portals, social platforms, and networks
Generating leads and building a strong talent pipeline
Screening & shortlisting candidates for interviews
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
Maintaining candidate data and follow-ups

Good communication and interpersonal skills
