Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Experience: 3 to 7 Years Job Description: We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead and grow our online sales across platforms like Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, and others. This role involves owning performance marketing, managing platform relationships, running ad campaigns, optimizing product listings, and driving revenue growth across all quick commerce and online channels. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and growth across Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Amazon, etc. Plan and execute paid ad campaigns to boost visibility and conversions. Collaborate with platform account managers for visibility, offers, and growth. Track performance metrics and optimize ROAS. Coordinate with design and content teams for listings and creatives. Own D2C P&L and report KPIs to leadership. Requirements: Proven experience managing D2C/e-commerce sales, preferably in FMCG or consumer brands. Strong understanding of quick commerce platforms and their ecosystems. Hands-on with ad platforms, analytics, and campaign management. Strategic mindset with an execution focus.
