Conduct client meetings, equipment presentations, and product demos. Visit client sites to understand machinery needs and recommend solutions. Oversee post-sales technical support: installation, commissioning, and spare parts coordination. Work closely with service and application teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Track competitors and market trends to create winning sales strategies. Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. ✅ Candidate Requirements: 3+ years of experience in construction/mining equipment sales, with a strong preference for Crusher machinery (Terex, Stone, Metso, Kleemann, Volvo, Sandvik, etc.) A technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Strong understanding of heavy equipment mechanics and sales lifecycle. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
