Our solutionsbring value to every line of business, and we need people like you to build those deep relationships and to passionately articulate our value proposition.What you’ll be doingWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RTR (Record to Report) General Ledger Accountant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing the General Ledger whose function is to provide general accounting service for the countries served. The objective of the General Ledger Accounting is to ensure that the local field finance and Corporate have the reliable financial information to make effective business decisions and complies with all Generally Accepted Accounting Principles both US GAAP & local GAAP, external reportingrequirements and Corporate accounting policies and practices.What you bring to the team
-  Monthly Activities: Deliver general accounting services to i.e. preparing
 
accounting voucher, monthly fixed assets and general ledger close, monthly reporting, balance sheets analytics and reconciliations etc.
-  Bank Reconciliations: Having an expertise in reconciling the General ledger and Bank statement and posting the entries as required.
-  Month-End Close: Ensure all month-end close activities are completed accurately and on time, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting for the countries served.
-  Fixed Asset Expertise: Managing the accounting for fixed assets, ensuring accurate capitalization, depreciation, and disposal of assets etc.
-  Lease Accounting Expertise: Maintaining lease records in CoStar for the countries served and ensure compliance with lease accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 16), including the recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure of lease transactions.
-  Reconciliation Expertise: Performs account reconciliation for the countries served, ensuring all accounts are reconciled accurately and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
-  Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports in accordance with the controller’s requirements and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
-  Process Improvement: Proposed improvement of the existing process to standardize, simplify, shorten, automate, centralize and share the best process to increase consistency, transparency & productivity (effective and efficient).
-  Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
-  Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures, and support audit activities as required.
-  Ownership & Accountability: Take full ownership of assigned responsibilities, demonstrating accountability for the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
 
Qualifications
CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.7+ years of experience in general accounting, RTR, or financial reporting.Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and lease accounting standards.Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and reconciliation tools.Experience with automation tools is a plus.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
