Maintain confidentiality while documenting student progress and intervention plans. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to develop student support strategies. Conduct regular awareness campaigns, life skill workshops, and mental health drives. Assist in developing Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and contribute to Inclusive Education practices. Refer students to external mental health professionals, if needed. Conduct teacher and parent sensitization sessions on adolescent mental health, communication, and empathy. Coordinate with Special Educator for Supporting students with Learning difficulties. Educational Qualifications: Mandatory: Master’s degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Applied Psychology.
