Role Overview We are looking for a Commission-Based Sales Associate who understands: 1) Aspirational audiences 2) Outcome-driven selling (confidence, clarity, global acceptance) 3) Consultative selling, not pushy closing 4) Your role is to convert warm and semi-warm leads into enrolled clients by clearly communicating the value of accent clarity in global contexts. What You’ll Be Doing 1) Engage with interested leads (WhatsApp / Calls / Online platforms) 2) Explain ACCENTin’s accent evaluation and training pathway 3) Understand client goals (study abroad, jobs abroad, global exposure) 4) Recommend the right training tier based on needs 5) Close enrollments with confidence and clarity 6) Maintain basic lead follow-ups and relationship building Note : Do not cold-call random people endlessly. Position yourself as selling a high-intent, high-value service.
