Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Special Education Teacher located in Chennai. The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities, teaching students at the middle school level, and working closely with parents and other staff to monitor student progress. The teacher will also be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters communication and learning. Qualifications Experience in Special Education and working with students with disabilities Teaching experience, particularly at the middle school level Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents, students, and staff Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; a specialization in Special Education is preferred Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting and empowering students with diverse needs Experience with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) is a plus

The Life Skills Trainer will design and deliver interactive training sessions to promote the development of essential life and soft skills. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting training materials, assessing participant progress, adapting methods to various audiences, and facilitating workshops to encourage communication, teamwork, and personal development. The Trainer will also collaborate with teams to evaluate and improve training programs as needed.
