Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Life Skills Trainer. The Life Skills Trainer will design and deliver interactive training sessions to promote the development of essential life and soft skills. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting training materials, assessing participant progress, adapting methods to various audiences, and facilitating workshops to encourage communication, teamwork, and personal development. The Trainer will also collaborate with teams to evaluate and improve training programs as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Life Skills, Soft Skills, and Communication
• Proven experience in Training & Development and facilitating workshops
• Exceptional Presentation Skills and ability to engage diverse groups of participants
• Effective interpersonal skills and a passion for empowering individuals
• Ability to design tailored training programs and adapt delivery methods
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar training role is an advantage
