Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor based in Mumbai (Church Gate and Azad Maidan Fort areas). The Academic Counsellor will engage with students to provide guidance and support in academic planning and career decisions. Primary responsibilities include conducting counselling sessions, understanding students' needs, assisting with course selection, and providing personalized recommendations. The role will also involve maintaining records of student progress and fostering positive relationships to ensure the academic success and well-being of students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counselling and Career Counselling to provide guidance tailored to individual student needs
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and other stakeholders
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education-related roles
• Compassionate and empathetic approach towards addressing student concerns and challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, Psychology, or a related field
• Familiarity with educational programs, pathways, and career opportunities is a plus
