Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator located in Madhya Pradesh. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for various HR-related tasks, including benefits administration, employee relations, and enforcing HR policies. Additionally, the coordinator will assist in day-to-day HR management activities and provide support for HR initiatives and projects.

• Proficiency in Benefits Administration
• Experience in Employee Relations
• Familiarity with HR Policies
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
