Human Resources Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be working as an HR Coordinator, supporting HR Business Partners and the leadership team in managing various HR administrative and operational tasks for the North American client base. Your role will involve maintaining employee data accuracy, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring smooth HR operations. Key Responsibilities: - Be the initial point of contact for HR-related queries via HR Ticketing System, email, and internal communication channels. - Assist in the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding and data entry to separation formalities. - Update and maintain employee information in HRIS, ensuring compliance and accuracy. - Validate and process new hire documentation, ensuring compliance standards like I9 verification. - Coordinate performance reviews, training documentation, and generate HR reports and dashboards. - Support policy communication, HR audits, and compliance documentation. - Assist in HR engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and virtual events. - Attend regional or client calls as necessary to provide updates and support cross-functional discussions. - Manage unemployment claims, exit documentation, and status changes in HRIS. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required. - Minimum 1 year of HR or operations coordination experience, preferably in a global or call center setup. - Exposure to North American HR practices or offshore HR support will be advantageous.
