Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Coordinator in the Food & Beverage industry, you will be instrumental in supporting the Human Resources department for Dubai and India. Your role will involve a variety of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, visa processing, logistics coordination, HR administration, disciplinary actions, compliance, training, and development. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes and programs. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment: - Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. - Maintain a well-organized recruitment database and track candidate progress. - Conduct reference checks and assist in preparing job offers. - Onboarding: - Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding for a seamless transition. - Prepare orientation materials and assist in conducting orientation sessions. - Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed and filed appropriately. - Employee Relations: - Assist in resolving employee concerns and issues with confidentiality and sensitivity. - Communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs effectively to employees. - Contribute to the development of employee engagement initiatives. - Visa Processing: - Collaborate with legal and immigration authorities to process visas for employees. - Ensure timely submission of visa applications, renewals, and related documents. - Maintain accurate records and documentation for visa compliance. - Logistics Coordination: - Liaise with the logistics team to coordinate transportation for employees. - Ensure timely arrival and departure of employees. - Provide support to employees during their relocation and resolve logistics-related issues. - HR Administration: - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. - Handle various administrative tasks related to HR, including filing, document management, and correspondence. - Disciplinary Actions: - Assist in handling disciplinary actions by providing HR support to management and employees. - Maintain confidentiality and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures. - Document and track disciplinary actions, as well as assist in resolution and follow-up. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3+ years of prior experience in HR or related roles within the Food & Beverage industry is a plus. - Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software. - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. - Excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality.
