The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong on-camera presence, and a passion for promoting health and wellness. Key Responsibilities Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive fitness programs tailored for children and women, ensuring they are engaging and effective. Content Creation: Independently produce and present training videos and blogs, demonstrating exercises and providing guidance without the need for additional cast members. Client Engagement: Conduct fitness assessments, create personalized workout plans, and provide ongoing support to clients to help them achieve their fitness goals. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all training sessions are conducted safely, adhering to established protocols and guidelines. Reporting: Utilize basic computer skills to maintain records, track client progress, and prepare reports as needed. Essential Qualifications Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Education. Certification: Valid fitness coaching certification from a recognized institution. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in fitness coaching, with a proven track record in B2C segments, particularly in children's training and women's weight loss programs. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. On-Camera Presence: Comfortable and proficient in creating on-camera content for training purposes. LinkedIn Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and content creation. Desired Attributes Industry Experience: Previous experience with competitor products in the B2C fitness sector. Appearance: Professional and presentable appearance suitable for on-camera content.
