Job Title: HR Coordinator (Food & Beverage Industry) Location: Arakkonam, Tamil Nadu Job Type: Permanent Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized HR Coordinator to join our team in the Food & Beverage industry. The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department for Dubai and India and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes and programs. This role involves a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: · Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. · Maintain an organized recruitment database and track candidate progress. · Conduct reference checks and assist in the preparation of job offers. Onboarding: · Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. · Prepare orientation materials and assist in conducting orientation sessions. · Ensure all required paperwork and documentation are completed and filed. Employee Relations: · Assist in resolving employee concerns and issues in a confidential and sensitive manner. · Help with the communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs to employees. · Contribute to the development of employee engagement initiatives. Visa Processing: · Collaborate with legal and immigration authorities to process visas for employees. · Ensure timely submission of visa applications, renewals, and related documents. · Maintain accurate records and documentation for visa compliance. Logistics Coordination: · Liaise with the logistics team to coordinate transportation for employees. · Monitor and ensure the timely arrival and departure of employees. · Resolve logistics-related issues and provide support to employees during their relocation. HR Administration: · Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. · Assist in managing time and attendance records, and ensure accurate payroll processing. · Handle various administrative tasks related to HR, including filing, document management, and correspondence. Disciplinary Actions: · Assist in handling disciplinary actions by providing HR support to management and employees. · Maintain confidentiality and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures. · Document and track disciplinary actions, as well as assist in resolution and follow-up. Compliance and Policy: · Ensure company HR policies and procedures are adhered to. · Assist in compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping up-to-date with changes. · Support in creating and updating HR policies and procedures. Training and Development: · Coordinate training and development programs for employees. · Assist in organizing workshops and learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and performance. Reporting: · Generate HR reports as needed, including recruitment metrics, employee turnover, and other HR-related data. Qualifications : · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. · 3+ years Prior experience in HR or related roles within the Food & Beverage industry is a plus. · Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software. · Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. · Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. · Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
