Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator located in the Mohali district. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for managing employee relations, administering benefits, maintaining HR policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Daily responsibilities include supporting HR management, coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and handling communication between management and employees.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
• Experience in Benefits Administration and knowledge of related legislation
• Strong Employee Relations expertise, including conflict resolution and fostering workforce engagement
• Thorough understanding of developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Indian labor laws and regulations is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
