This on-site position requires exceptional organizational skills, clinical understanding, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage all daily intake department operations. • Review, verify, and process patient referrals promptly and accurately. • Communicate and coordinate with clinicians, physicians, case managers, and external healthcare partners. • Ensure all documentation is complete, compliant, and aligned with regulatory standards. • Train, guide, and oversee intake staff performance. • Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements. • Maintain clear and professional communication with patients and families. • Support high-volume periods and remain open to overtime when required. ⸻ What We’re Looking For: • Medical background is mandatory (Nursing, Allied Health, Clinical Administration, or related field). • 2–4 years of experience in home health intake, patient coordination, or medical office supervision. • Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare documentation. • Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
