Role A Stores Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. They are responsible for ensuring that the store is adequately supplied and that goods are properly managed and stored in an orderly and safe manner. . This role involves overseeing inventory control, logistics, receiving, storage, and distribution of aftermarket products to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of customer orders. The Manager plays a key role in optimizing inventory levels, maximizing warehouse space utilization, and driving continuous improvement in warehouse processes to support the organization's goals and objectives. Your Responsibilities Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels of aftermarket products. Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize efficiency and minimize handling costs. Oversee order processing and fulfillment activities to ensure timely delivery of aftermarket products to customers. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to prioritize orders and address customer inquiries or special requests. What You Bring Proven experience (5-10 years) in warehouse management, preferably in a leadership role focused on aftermarket operations. Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, logistics processes, and warehouse operations best practices. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and other relevant technology tools. Excellent leadership, communication- and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and driving continuous improvement. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements related to warehouse operations. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and willingness to take on new responsibilities as required. Education Qualification Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification is a plus. What You Bring Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ASQ CQE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) is preferred. Hands-on experience with quality software and ERP systems. Prior experience in cement equipment manufacturing is a significant plus. Strong knowledge of QAP, IP quality control processes, tools, and methodologies. Proficiency in using measurement tools and testing equipment. Familiarity with manufacturing standards for heavy equipment (e.g., ASTM, DIN, ISO). Experience with statistical process control (SPC), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and other quality tools. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Education Qualification Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience 5+ years of experience in quality engineering in a heavy manufacturing environment.
