Your Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, from initiation and planning through execution and closure
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely project delivery
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
• Communicate project status to stakeholders through regular reports, dashboards, and meetings
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and KPIs
• Ensure projects adhere to governance processes, standards, and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, or costs using structured change control processes
• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
  

What You Bring

• Proven Project Management Expertise: Solid experience in managing cross-functional business projects from initiation to closure, with a track record of delivering on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Strong Business Acumen: Ability to understand business strategy, translate it into actionable project plans, and align outcomes with organizational goals.
• Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management: Capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from team members to senior leadership, ensuring clarity, alignment, and buy-in.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Skilled in identifying bottlenecks, assessing risks, and implementing solutions quickly and efficiently.
• Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable managing multiple projects in dynamic and fast-paced environments, with the flexibility to adapt to change and drive results.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana), and understanding of ERP/CRM systems or digital transformation projects.
• Certifications & Methodologies (optional but preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications; working knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid project delivery models.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Natural leader and collaborator, capable of motivating teams and fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
