Business Project Manager

As a Business Project Manager at EC-Council, your role will involve leading and driving cross-functional projects to support the growth and scalability of the business. You will collaborate with various teams such as Fulfilment & Packaging, Governance, Legal, Customer Support, and Marketing, as well as external partners to ensure successful project execution. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion - Developing and managing detailed project plans with tasks, timelines, resources, ownership, and budgets - Coordinating internal and external resources for effective project execution - Ensuring alignment across teams and removing obstacles to project success - Reviewing, optimizing, and documenting processes & workflows - Contributing to the enhancement of project management tools and processes - Tracking and reporting on project metrics - Ensuring projects are executed without impacting customer delivery or quality Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA from a reputed business school - PMP certification (preferred) - Minimum 8-10 years of project management experience in cross-functional environments - Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, project scoping, and process improvement - Strong command of Microsoft Office and project management tools - Proven track record of leading projects involving internal departments and external partners - Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to senior leadership - Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with attention to detail EC-Council is committed to working with individuals with disabilities and providing reasonable accommodations during the application process.
