You will collaborate with all ABC subsidiaries to deliver a personalized and seamless omni-channel experience for acquiring new customers. Your responsibilities include the development of a lead management system covering omni-channel D2C platforms such as mobile apps, website, virtual engagement managers, and on-ground sales teams. Working closely with a team of professionals, you will manage the lead pipeline and enhance the customer acquisition process. An ideal candidate for this role should have experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, with a focus on CRM or LMS systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze business requirements and develop project plans. - Assist in the development and implementation of the Lead Management System. - Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business needs. - Design and develop customized solutions to meet unique business requirements. - Manage project execution, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on project progress. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in lead fulfillment journey. - Continuously evaluate and improve processes to optimize software development and delivery. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management, preferably in BFSI domain. - Experience with CRM and LMS systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. - Excellent time management and organizational skills.
