Job Description

Role Summary:

This role is responsible for managing complex projects or multiple workstreams within broader programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market conditions. This role involves developing strategic project plans, mitigating risks and influencing key stakeholders to drive seamless execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple projects or major workstreams, ensuring structured planning, execution and monitoring of deliverables within defined scope, budget and timelines.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure project objectives align with overall company strategy and industry trends, driving long-term business impact.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating key project updates, resolving roadblocks and influencing decision-making.
  • Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies and implement contingency plans to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Oversee resource planning and budget management, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower, tools and financial resources for successful project execution.
  • Track key project metrics, prepare detailed reports and provide leadership with data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
  • Provide expert recommendations on critical business challenges, ensuring timely resolution of escalated project issues.
  • Lead organizational change management initiatives, training teams on new processes and ensuring seamless adoption of business strategies.
  • Drive workforce planning and strategy to support organizational growth and operational efficiency.
  • Build strong partnerships with service vendor teams and Business As Usual (BAU) functions to align on workforce initiatives and execution.
  • Play a key role in enabling and operationalizing the office setup, from systems to structure, while ensuring transparency during transitions.
  • Take a business-first approach while ensuring compliance, managing risk, and engaging effectively with key stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Build and sustain a strong risk culture by developing frameworks from scratch, being pragmatic, culturally aware, and constructively challenging existing processes when required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, with 5 Years of strong background in business project management, stakeholder engagement and process optimization.
  • Bachelors degree (BBA B.Com BMS) or MBA (Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field).
  • Expertise in project management methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze business challenges, develop strategic roadmaps and implement process improvements.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project reporting tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Prior consulting experience is preferred.
