Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Project Manager based in Kochi. The Business Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects, ensuring they align with business goals and objectives. Day-to-day tasks include planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects, managing project teams, and ensuring timely delivery of project outcomes. The Business Project Manager will also be involved in business process improvement, stakeholder communication, and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong Knowledge in Business Process improvement techniques
• Analytical Skills to assess project performance
• Post Graduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with in house and client teams
• Experience in HRBP, consulting or related industry is advantageous
