Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the 

  single point of contact

   between internal teams (Community, Business Development, Tech, and Data) and external partners.
• Manage 

  end-to-end partnership execution

   — from scoping and onboarding to delivery, tracking, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with the internal 

  community team

   to align partnership initiatives with broader engagement strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with 

  high-quality clients and partners

   across 

  AI, Gaming, and Tech ecosystems

  .
• Ensure 

  smooth project delivery

   by coordinating timelines, resources, and communications across all stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into actionable tasks, data insights, and measurable outcomes.
• Prepare executive summaries, partnership reports, and dashboards for senior leadership reviews.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and partner satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

• 4–10 years

   of experience in 

  Project Management

  , 

  Partnership Operations

  , or 

  IT Service Delivery

  , preferably within 

  Tech / Gaming / AI / SaaS

   sectors.
• Proven ability to manage 

  cross-functional projects

   and client-facing relationships simultaneously.
• Strong 

  data analysis and reporting

   skills (Excel / Google Sheets / BI tools preferred).
• Excellent 

  communication and stakeholder management

   skills, both internal and external.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• A passion for the 

  AI and Gaming ecosystem

  , with the ability to translate industry trends into strategic actions.
