Role Description

Game/AI Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive planning, execution, and delivery of projects across multiple teams ( community, content & BD).
• Define clear goals, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve roadblocks.
• Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners/vendors.
• Maintain documentation of project scope, updates, and status reports.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives where required.
• Balance multiple projects while maintaining a strong focus on quality and deadlines.
• Ensure alignment of project outcomes with KGeN’s broader business and gaming strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4-7 years of experience in 

  project management

   (experience in gaming, media, or tech industries is a strong plus).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for gaming and awareness of industry trends will be a big advantage.
