The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in managing construction sites and ensuring work is done to quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities and ensure the work follows design, safety, and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors and manage their payments. Purchase and manage materials for the site. Maintain an Mbook (Material Book) and track progress. Monitor work quality to ensure it meets required standards. Ensure the site is safe, clean, and organized at all times. Resolve any site-related issues and keep the project on schedule. Assist with material counting and billing. After labor finishes work and before leaving each day: Ensure site cleanliness is maintained, with tools and materials stored properly. Ensure all work areas are organized and safe, ensuring no hazards remain on-site. Key Qualifications: Education: B.E Civil or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in managing construction sites, especially residential or commercial projects. Skills: Knowledge of construction procedures, site safety, and quality standards. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project (preferred). Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Must Have: Valid 2-wheeler driving license. Available to work in day/evening shifts.
