Job Description

As an HR Coordinator in the Food & Beverage industry, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department for Dubai and India. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of HR activities, such as recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, visa processing, logistics coordination, HR administration, disciplinary actions, compliance and policy adherence, training and development, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment: - Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. - Maintain a recruitment database and track candidate progress. - Conduct reference checks and assist in preparing job offers. - Onboarding: - Coordinate new employee onboarding for a smooth transition. - Prepare orientation materials and assist in conducting orientation sessions. - Ensure completion and filing of all required paperwork and documentation. - Employee Relations: - Assist in resolving employee concerns in a confidential manner. - Communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs to employees. - Contribute to employee engagement initiatives. - Visa Processing: - Collaborate with legal authorities for visa processing. - Ensure timely submission of visa applications and maintain accurate records. - Logistics Coordination: - Coordinate transportation for employees and resolve issues. - Ensure timely arrival and departure of employees during relocation. - HR Administration: - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. - Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and correspondence. - Disciplinary Actions: - Provide HR support for disciplinary actions. - Maintain confidentiality and ensure fair application of company policies. - Compliance and Policy: - Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws. - Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures. - Training and Development: - Coordinate training programs and workshops for employee development. - Organize learning opportunities to enhance skills and performance. - Reporting: - Generate HR reports including recruitment metrics and turnover data. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 3+ years of HR experience in the Food & Beverage industry preferred. - Strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Knowledge of labor laws, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail required.
