Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Coordinator role based on-site in Prayagraj. The Human Resources Coordinator will manage day-to-day HR operations, implement HR policies, support employees with benefits administration, foster positive employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR regulations. The role requires collaboration across departments to address workforce needs and support recruitment and staff onboarding efforts.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Proficiency in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations functions
• Solid understanding of creating, implementing, and enforcing HR Policies
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in relevant HR and payroll software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
