Job Description

SimUphish

What You'll Be Doing:

Own and drive the
product lifecycle
for SimUphish—from ideation to delivery, across web, mobile, and integrations.
Define and prioritize the
product roadmap
aligned with strategic goals, customer feedback, market trends, and internal innovation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with
engineering, design, marketing, and sales
teams to deliver impactful features and seamless user experiences.
Work closely with clients to
gather insights
and translate those into product enhancements that deliver measurable business value.
Monitor product performance and KPIs (engagement, conversion, retention, etc.) and use data to guide decisions
Create detailed
product requirement documents (PRDs)
and collaborate in agile development cycles

You Should Have:

4+ years of
product management experience
, preferably in
SaaS, cybersecurity, or EdTech
Strong technical understanding of web platforms and integrations
Experience working on
B2B enterprise platforms
, especially those serving regulated industries (Finance, Healthcare, Government)
Passion for
cybersecurity
, human risk management, and digital behavior change
Familiarity with agile frameworks, Jira, and product analytics tools
Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to
align business, design, and tech stakeholders
Bonus: Background in
AI
, cybersecurity compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001).
Experience with cloud platforms, access management systems, or training/LMS tools
