About the Role:

Project Manager

This role is ideal for someone transitioning from a project management background into a leadership, coordination, or project delivery position, with a strong interest in commercial and contractual matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate shareholder engagement and project management activities across multiple projects.
• Act as a liaison between clients, government departments, design consultants, and engineering teams across different locations.
• Provide leadership and support to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Support commercial and contractual administration, including reviewing and interpreting contractual documents.
• Maintain documentation including RFIs, minutes of meetings, trackers, and progress reports.
• Manage and update project data on CDE (Common Data Environment) platforms.
• Attend and represent the project in meetings, both online and offline, as required.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Commercially aware with experience working with or interpreting contractual documents.
• Local knowledge of Ahmedabad and an understanding of the workings of government departments is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in creative, design-leading environments.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and workstreams.
• Strong reporting and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project).
• Knowledge of Gujarati is a plus but not mandatory.

Educational Qualifications:

• B.Arch/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Masters or PG Diploma in Project Management, Building Engineering and Management, or a related discipline
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, APM PFQ/PMQ are desirable but not essential
