Summary
The Project Manager / Scrum Master is responsible for leading planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives across Product Engineering, Integrations, Data, ERP, Infrastructure, and Field Operations platforms. This hybrid role combines project management rigor with Agile leadership to ensure predictable delivery, strong stakeholder communication, SOX-aligned documentation, and a disciplined approach to execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects across multiple domains.
- Build and maintain project plans, WBS, sprint schedules, and dependency trackers.
- Manage scope, timeline, risks, issues, RAID logs, and resource plans.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, grooming, and retrospectives.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog and clear acceptance criteria.
- Track sprint metrics such as velocity, throughput, burndown, and predictability.
- Ensure SOX-aligned project documentation, readiness gates, approvals, and audit compliance.
- Produce weekly RAG status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Security, DevSecOps, Architecture, and Business.
- Drive continuous improvements in delivery, planning, and Agile maturity.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This role does not include direct people management but provides delivery leadership across pods, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Education And/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 5–8 years of experience in project management, Agile delivery, or hybrid PM/SM roles.
Language Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SOX-aligned project documentation, cross-functional delivery, and RAID log management.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to evaluate estimates, budgets, and metrics.
Reasoning Ability
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Computer Skills
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, and reporting tools.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
CSM, PSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe or similar certifications preferred.
