Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of Deposco’s Bright Suite solutions across supply chain and warehouse management domains. This role requires someone with hands-on experience in SaaS implementation, strong client engagement abilities, and demonstrated success in managing multi-stakeholder projects within timelines and budgets.The ideal candidate brings a combination of strategic thinking, team coordination, risk mitigation, and a strong background in WMS/TMS implementations or related platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for Deposco’s Bright Suite modules (Bright Warehouse, Order, Store, Source, Performance, Forecast, and Socket).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, from kickoff through post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (solutions experts, consultants, technical leads) to ensure accurate and timely project execution.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and communication plans in coordination with stakeholders.
- Monitor project health, proactively manage risks, and escalate issues as needed to maintain delivery timelines and customer satisfaction.
- Drive consistent documentation practices, including status reports, user guides, and training materials.
- Support client onboarding, retention, and value realization goals through strategic engagement and solution adoption.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify successful outcomes and lessons learned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 4–8 years of project management experience in SaaS, WMS/TMS, supply chain, or enterprise software domains.
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred (in-progress or completed).
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Mavenlink, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Familiarity with Deposco WMS or comparable systems (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS).
- Proficiency in customer-facing roles, with the ability to manage multiple high-value accounts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
