Key Responsibilities:

• Project & Program Management

  : Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. 

• PMO Operations

  : Establish project governance, reporting mechanisms, and standardized processes. 

• Service Delivery Excellence

  : Drive operational efficiency and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives. 

• Risk & Cost Management

  : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; manage budgets and optimize resource allocation. 

• Vendor Management

  : Oversee third-party service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with SLAs. 

• Agile & Scrum Delivery

  : Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog management. 

• Stakeholder Engagement

  : Build strong communication channels with internal and external stakeholders; ensure alignment on priorities. 

• Process Automation

  : Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency. 

• Data-Driven Decision Making

  : Use analytics and KPIs to measure project performance, identify gaps, and optimise outcomes.
