Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Delivery:

  Manage scope, timelines, and budgets for technology projects.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Engage with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology leads to align on priorities and outcomes.

• Agile Delivery Leadership:

  Drive

  Scrum/Kanban ceremonies

  , backlog grooming, and sprint planning for distributed teams.

• Risk & Compliance:

  Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, security policies, and operational risk frameworks.

• Financial Management:

  Track project budgets, forecast costs, and report variances to leadership.

• Vendor & Offshore Coordination:

  Collaborate with onshore and offshore delivery units for seamless execution.

• Reporting & Governance:

  Prepare

  status reports, RAID logs

  , and present updates to senior leadership and governance forums.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Identify process gaps and implement best practices for delivery excellence.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 9+ years

  of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in

  Banking & Financial Services

  or large-scale enterprise projects.
• Strong understanding of

  digital transformation, payments, and compliance frameworks

  .
• Proven experience in

  Agile delivery

  and

  Scaled Agile frameworks

  .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across

  onshore/offshore teams

  .
• Proficiency in

  Jira, Confluence, MS Project

  , and standard PM tools.
• Knowledge of

  regulatory compliance

  (AML, KYC) and

  risk management

  principles.
• Ability to manage

  multi-vendor environments

  and distributed teams.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe certification mandatory.
