About the Role

The Project Manager (PM) is a senior delivery-leadership role responsible for governing the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) across all Company’s divisions — Academy (internal project pods), Digital Agency (client delivery), and Labs (MVP incubation). This role ensures every project follows disciplined Agile practices, clear documentation, structured execution, high transparency, predictable timelines, and high-quality output.

You will lead multi-stream coordination between Front-End, Back-End, UX/UI/CX, QA, BA, and Digital Marketing teams. You will enforce governance, maintain Jira/ClickUp boards, drive sprints, mitigate risks, manage RAID logs, and ensure alignment with client or stakeholder expectations.

This is a pure delivery oversight and governance role — not a teaching or coding role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Agile Delivery Leadership

• Run Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
• Maintain sprint velocity, capacity planning, and release calendars.
• Ensure all streams maintain disciplined task breakdown and estimation.
• Collaborate with BA to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure traceability from BRD → FRS → User Stories → QA → Deployment.

2. SDLC Governance & Documentation Control

Oversee complete SDLC:

• Requirements
• Planning
• Design
• Development
• Testing
• Deployment
• Maintenance
• Ensure all project documentation is complete: BRD, FRS, RTM, Test Plans, Release Notes.
• Guarantee all work is version-controlled and documented in Confluence / Google Workspace.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Communication

• Coordinate daily workflow between: FE, BE, QA, BA, PM, UI/UX, Marketing.
• Host stakeholder meetings and report progress using structured dashboards.
• Ensure alignment between technical teams and business/marketing objectives.
• Serve as the communication bridge between Delivery Leads and Management.

4. Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Identify blockers early and escalate proactively.
• Conduct impact assessments for scope changes.
• Drive change control and ensure updated baselines.

5. Quality, Testing & Release Management

• Collaborate with QA to enforce testing cycles: functional, regression, UAT.
• Ensure UAT readiness, acceptance criteria fulfilment, and release documentation.
• Manage release calendars for web (React), mobile (React Native), and backend (Django/AWS).
• Ensure compliance with security & quality standards.

6. Metrics, Reporting & Analytics

Maintain real-time dashboards using:

• Jira / ClickUp
• Looker Studio
• Google Analytics (where applicable)
• Track KPIs:
• Sprint velocity
• Defect leakage
• Cycle time
• Burndown/burnup trends
• Delivery predictability
• Present weekly project-status updates to leadership.

7. Team Leadership & Professional Behaviour

• Drive discipline, punctuality, and communication standards.
• Cultivate collaboration and conflict resolution across streams.
• Mentor junior PM/BA/QA associates in delivery best practices.

Profile Requirements

5–10+ years experience in project management or delivery roles.

Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SDLC.

Experience in multi-stream coordination.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to manage pressure, deadlines, and complex cross-team interactions.

Exposure to SaaS, digital agencies, or IT services preferred.
