Program Manager

About the Role:

Manage the execution of JSW Greentech’s electric truck programs by coordinating with engineering, sourcing, quality, manufacturing, and plant teams. Drive program timelines, part readiness, build planning, and issue resolution to ensure the EV truck platform meets cost, quality, performance, and SOP milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Planning & Coordination:

  Manage detailed program plans for EV truck variants, ensuring tracking of timelines, deliverables, and readiness across aggregates.

• Cross-Functional Integration:

  Partner with design, CAE, sourcing, validation, manufacturing, and quality teams to drive closure of technical issues and dependencies.

• Build & SOP Readiness:

  Ensure proto, pilot, and SOP builds meet timing, BOM readiness, tooling status, and process capability requirements.

• Cost, Quality & Delivery Tracking:

  Support BOM cost reviews, quality gate evaluations, TAT adherence, and supplier readiness for key truck aggregates.

• Risk, Issue & Change Management:

  Maintain risk registers, track open points, escalate delays, and support engineering change management workflows.

• Program Reporting & Governance:

  Prepare program dashboards, build readiness trackers, milestone updates, and present program health status in internal reviews.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical)
• Minimum 5–7 years in program management or truck domain roles

Skills & Functional Competencies:

• Strong understanding of commercial vehicle/truck aggregates and EV architecture.
• Proficiency in program tracking, milestone planning, and dashboard management.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally across engineering, sourcing, quality, and plants.
• Good technical understanding of DVP, DFMEA, part readiness, and build processes.
• Strong problem-solving, escalation management, and follow-up discipline.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across internal teams.
