Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across multiple modules. This role requires a combination of strong project/program management expertise, analytical acumen, and excellent Microsoft Excel skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage cross-module programs from initiation through execution and delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals, timelines, and deliverables. Track and report program status, risks, and issues, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution. Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation. Leverage MS Excel to manage data, create reports, perform analysis, and track performance metrics. Analyze program data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and insights. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in program or project management involving cross-functional or cross-module initiatives. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis tools. Above-average analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from data. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
