Assist in onboarding new payroll clients and understanding their business needs. Support the creation and setup of payroll workflows under the guidance of senior team members. Help collect, prepare, and validate payroll data to ensure accuracy. Coordinate with technical teams to support system configurations and integrations. Stay updated on basic U.S. payroll compliance concepts (training provided). Participate in internal and client-facing training sessions related to payroll tools and processes.
