Job Overview: The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of strategic programs and projects across multiple clients within the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). This role requires a strong combination of leadership, strategic thinking, client engagement, financial management, and delivery excellence. The incumbent will ensure alignment between program execution and organizational objectives while maintaining high standards of governance, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role involves close collaboration with senior leadership, clients, cross-functional teams, and delivery partners. Key Responsibilities: Portfolio & Program Management Lead and oversee multiple programs and projects across client portfolios. Define and execute portfolio strategies aligned with organizational and business goals. Conduct regular portfolio reviews to assess progress, risks, priorities, and performance. Ensure alignment of programs with business objectives and value realization. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as a primary point of contact for key client engagements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, senior leadership, and internal stakeholders. Ensure clear communication of scope, timelines, deliverables, and expectations. Support client presentations, program kickoffs, and executive reviews. Governance & Delivery Excellence Establish and enforce consistent governance, processes, and best practices across the portfolio. Ensure compliance with project management standards, quality benchmarks, and organizational policies. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Financial Management Manage portfolio financials including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and profitability. Ensure accurate financial tracking, billing, and contract compliance. Partner with Finance and senior leadership to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Resource & Talent Management Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing project and program management teams. Allocate resources effectively across projects, balancing priorities and capacity. Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management in collaboration with HR. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Scope & Contract Management Develop and review Statements of Work (SOWs) ensuring clear scope definition and deliverables. Monitor scope adherence across projects and manage change requests effectively. Ensure traceability between contractual commitments and project execution. Schedule & Performance Management Guide teams in creating and maintaining detailed project plans and timelines. Identify schedule conflicts and dependencies across programs and support timely resolution. Monitor KPIs, milestones, and delivery metrics to ensure on-time, on-budget execution. Risk & Issue Management Identify, assess, and mitigate program and portfolio-level risks. Serve as an escalation point for critical issues and decision-making. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Proactively manage dependencies and risks across multiple projects. Reporting & Communication Implement structured reporting frameworks to track project health, financials, and risks. Provide regular status updates to clients and internal leadership. Maintain transparency and accuracy in all reporting activities. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience). experience in project/program management with exposure to portfolio management. Experience in consulting, technology, engineering, or operations preferred. Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and risk management.
