Program Manager – Reltio Cloud MDM (Clinical / Life Sciences)

Location:
Remote (US, Europe, or India)
Duration:
Through June 2026 (possible extension)
Time Zones:
Must collaborate across IST, US, and Europe

Overview

Program Manager with hands-on Reltio Cloud MDM experience

You will act as the client-side owner, supervising global delivery partners and working closely with senior engineering and data product leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead program execution for a multi-phase
Reltio Cloud MDM
implementation
Translate discovery and GAP analysis into Reltio models, rules, and workflows
Oversee data modeling, survivorship, matching, and governance
Supervise vendor teams (Deloitte, ZS) across ingestion, outbound, and internal MDM work
Partner with engineering and product leadership to ensure business value and data quality

Required Experience

Reltio Cloud MDM experience (must-have)
Experience in
clinical, pharma, biotech, medical, or healthtech
environments preferred
Strong program management background in complex, multi-vendor data initiatives
Solid understanding of MDM architecture and data integrations (CRM, ERP, commercial data)
Comfortable working across global time zones (including IST)

Nice to Have

Client-side ownership experience
Familiarity with regulated data environments
