About the Role

Deliver actionable insights on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions in the EV truck segment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze market trends, policy updates (FAME, carbon credits), and fleet electrification initiatives.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to understand customer expectations and EV adoption triggers.
  • Prepare market sizing, segmentation, and growth forecast reports for different commercial vehicle segments.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of current and upcoming government regulations (e.g., safety norms, emission standards, EV-specific mandates) on product strategy and market readiness.
  • Develop competitor benchmarking dashboards on specifications, pricing, and technology adoption.
  • Present monthly strategic reports to leadership and cross-functional teams.


Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience with competitive intelligence and tracking industry trends
  • Ability to translate insights into strategic business recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with syndicated research platforms (e.g., Nielsen, Euromonitor, Statista)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related fields
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in market research, business intelligence, or consulting
  • Exposure to both B2B and B2C market environments
