Program Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our Operations Center of Excellence team at Ambak. This role demands a strong understanding of crossfunctional processes, operational effectiveness, and a deep hunger to build scalable solutions in the home loan and lending space. If you are someone who thrives on solving operational bottlenecks, designing seamless journeys, and driving excellence through process rigor, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program management for operations improvement projects across Fulfillment, Credit, Disbursal, and Partner Engagement.
• Identify process gaps, design workflows, and implement SOPs to enhance TATs, NPS, and partner satisfaction.
• Liaise with Tech/Product teams to drive automation opportunities and workflow digitization.
• Act as the SPOC for strategic initiatives rolled out under Ops COE (Center of Excellence).
• Run OKR and metric-driven reviews for process improvement rollouts.
• Conduct benchmarking studies and market research to recommend best practices.
• Collaborate with city teams and department heads to operationalize pilots and track adoption.
• Ensure documentation, training, and handover of all implemented changes to respective functions.

What We're Looking For

• 24 years of experience in operations excellence, consulting, project management, or business transformation roles.
• Strong analytical skills ability to derive insights and take data-backed decisions.
• Proven exposure to process mapping, SOP design, and operations tools (e.g., Flowcharts, Jira, Notion, etc.).
• Experience in fintech, lending, or BFSI space is preferred but not mandatory.
• A builder mindset hustle, ownership, and structured execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
