Role Overview

The Program Manager (Head) – Cyber Security Certifications will lead and scale Technovalley’s cybersecurity vertical, overseeing 40+ global certification programs, faculty recruitment, curriculum development, industry partnerships, and learner success outcomes. This role demands strategic leadership, deep technical capability, business ownership, and strong academic governance.

Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & Strategy

  • Own end-to-end delivery of global cybersecurity certification programs (CEH, CHFI, CPENT, LPT, OSCP, OSWE, CompTIA, etc.).
  • Design long-term program roadmaps, certification pathways, and progressive learning tracks (Beginner → Advanced → Expert).
  • Align curriculum with industry standards, emerging threats, and global job market requirements.
  • Drive continuous curriculum enhancements through lab upgrades, red-team content, and cyber range simulations.

Operations & Delivery Management

  • Recruit, onboard, evaluate, and manage high-quality trainers and expert instructors (internal + external).
  • Oversee batch planning, time-table scheduling, lab infrastructure, and student support systems.
  • Implement standardised academic policies, assessment frameworks, and quality assurance mechanisms.
  • Track completion analytics, certification results, placement metrics, and student satisfaction KPI dashboards.

Industry Partnerships & Accreditation

  • Manage relationships with global certification bodies including EC-Council, OffSec, CompTIA, INE, etc.
  • Coordinate accreditation renewals, proctoring requirements, authorised delivery partner compliance, and audit documentation.
  • Initiate corporate tie-ups, guest lectures, red-team masterclasses, and cybersecurity leadership faculty engagements.

Business & Revenue Accountability

  • Own revenue targets for cybersecurity stack admissions, corporate training engagements, and consulting assignments.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to craft high-impact admissions campaigns, industry outreach, and scholarship strategies.
  • Develop pricing, program bundles, fast-track packages, and skill-bridge programs with universities, colleges, and government agencies.

Security Expertise & Technical Governance

  • Guide program content across:
  • VAPT / PT
  • SOC operations
  • Threat intelligence & threat hunting
  • Digital forensics
  • Cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Malware analysis & reverse engineering
  • Network security architecture
  • IoT & mobile security
  • SIEM / IDS / IPS
  • Conduct periodic audits and evaluations of practical labs, tool stacks (BurpSuite, Metasploit, Wireshark, Nessus, etc.), and cyber ranges.

People Leadership

  • Lead a team including trainers, academic counsellors, coordinators, and mentoring staff.
  • Conduct trainer certification programs, Train-The-Trainer (TTT) sessions, and instructor excellence reviews.
  • Maintain performance scorecards and capability roadmaps for training personnel.

Required Certifications (Minimum 5)

  • CEH / CEH Master
  • CHFI
  • CPENT / ECSA
  • LPT / LPT Master
  • CEI (Instructor)
  • OSCP / OSWE / OSCE / OSEP
  • CompTIA CySA+ / PenTest+ / Security+
  • CISM / CISSP / CISA
  • CREST CRT / CPSA / CCSAS (Preferred)

Having one instructor-level certification (CEI / CompTIA CTT+) is a major advantage.Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 8–15 years combined cybersecurity industry + academic/training experience
  • Hands-on exposure to real-world cyber operations and live VAPT projects
  • Proven track record of managing certification programs with 200+ yearly enrollments
  • Experience training corporate teams, government departments, universities, or defence agencies

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
