Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product backlog for BSS Retail capabilities including CRM, Point-of-Sale (POS), Order Management, and Retail Channel platforms.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand customer journeys, pain points, and opportunities for enhancement in the retail experience.
  • Translate business and customer needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Define and drive product roadmaps aligned with business strategy and digital transformation goals.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure intuitive and effective customer interfaces.
  • Partner with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of retail capabilities.
  • Drive continuous improvements in customer acquisition, onboarding, and engagement through digital and physical retail channels.
  • Solid understanding of telecom retail operations including customer onboarding, KYC, SIM activation, number portability, and device provisioning
  • Experience in digital transformation, self-service platforms, or omnichannel retail strategies.


Skills:

  • An Engineering graduate/post-graduate with 5+ years of experience in Telecom BSS Retail as a Product Owner.
  • Must have experience in BSS Retail capabilities including CRM, Point-of-Sale (POS), Order Management, and Retail Channel platforms.
  • Experience in backlog grooming and sprint planning.
  • Experience with integration points across BSS/OSS stack (CRM, Point-of-Sale (POS), Order Management etc.).
  • Good to have exposure to AI/ML-driven personalization or customer engagement tools.
