We are looking for a proactive and analytical Product Executive / Senior Product Executive to support the development and management of airline-related products and services. The role involves coordinating with airlines, travel partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, competitive offerings, and product optimization.

This position offers a great opportunity for professionals in the travel industry to gain exposure to international markets and grow into product management role.

Product Coordination & Support

·      Assist in implementing product strategies for airline fares, inventory, and distribution.

·      Coordinate with GDSs, consolidators, and airline partners to ensure smooth product availability and integration.

·      Support the Product Manager in tracking product performance and maintaining data accuracy.

Market & Competitor Research

·      Conduct regular market research to identify fare trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

·      Prepare reports and insights to help improve product positioning and pricing strategies.

Operational Excellence

·      Liaise with operations, sales, and technology teams to resolve product or fare-related issues.

·      Ensure product-related information is updated across systems and communication channels.

·      Assist in implementing new product launches and monitoring performance post-launch.

Performance Tracking

·      Monitor key metrics like sales performance, fare competitiveness, and margin contribution.

·      Support in preparing periodic MIS reports and dashboards for management review.

Innovation & Learning

·      Stay informed on industry updates such as NDC, dynamic pricing, and new distribution models.

·      Suggest improvements in processes and tools to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

●      Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Aviation, Business, or a related field.

●      2–4 years of experience in product, airline, or travel operations.

●      Working knowledge of airline distribution systems (GDS, NDC, or consolidator tools).

●      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

●      Good communication and coordination abilities.

●      Proficiency in Excel, data reporting, and CRM/product management tools preferred.
