Role Description

AERTiCKET India is looking for a Product Head - Air to lead our global air product portfolio and help shape the future of travel technology across India and Sweden. The role involves owning the product vision and roadmap, driving end‑to‑end development, and collaborating with cross‑functional and international teams to build competitive, innovative, and customer‑centric air products.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product roadmap for Air Products, aligned with business goals and market trends.​
• Lead end‑to‑end product development from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.​
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback studies to inform product decisions.​
• Collaborate with global teams in India and Sweden, and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, airline partners, GDS providers, and tech vendors.​
• Define KPIs, track product performance, and drive optimization for revenue growth and customer satisfaction.​

Required Skills:

• 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years in leadership roles.​
• Strong experience in airline, travel technology, or OTA domains.​
• Deep understanding of airline distribution systems, fare management, booking platforms, and agile product development.​
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills with a data‑driven mindset.​
